ERJ staff report (LMH)
Orléans, France - A delegation of representatives from French rubber and polymer association Elastopôle, led by president Didier Fegly, presented the work of the organisation to DGCIS, the French general directorate of competitiveness, industry and services.
The 19 Oct meeting comes a month after Elastopôle received the final evaluation report from the government on the effectiveness of its work in the first four years of its existence.
The meeting included representatives from state agencies, such as the Ministry of higher education and research, and DATAR, the Interministerial delegation for territorial planning and regional attractiveness, as well as representatives from the Orléans area, where Elastopôle is based.
Fegly said that although the report had been quite severe, Elastopôle felt that the report showed the result of its continuous improvement. The delegation presented the responses of the group on each of the eight themes evaluated in the report, and agreed to present a 2013 action plan by 2013. It also said it would work on a strategic plan for 2013-2020.
