New York - A 6-percent shareholder in the butadiene producer TPC Group Inc has written a public letter to the Board of Directors of TPC Group Inc. opposing the proposed transfer of the group to private equity ownership.
Sandell Asset Management's Chief Executive Officer Thomas E. Sandell said in the letter that the proposed price grossly undervalues the company.
