Beijing - China's Ministry of Commerce (MofCom) is reviewing its decision to impose anti-dumping duties on chloroprene rubber imported from Japan. A Chinese language announcement on the MofCom website said it has informed the Japanese Embassy of its decision.
A complaint supported by Changshou Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Synthetic Rubber Group Co., Ltd. said Japan Electric Chemical Co., Ltd. is selling the material in the Chinese market at prices which are too low.
