NR prices plunge a further 6 percent over the weekend

London - Rubber prices fell further over the weekend. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract were down by a further 6 percent at yen 241 ($3.09) on Monday 04 June. Shorter-dated prices were also trading down 17 at 243 on Monday evening.
In Singapore, the TSR20 contract on SGX was down 17 or 6 percent, at $2.91 for December deliveries in late trading on Monday; July prices were also down by 17, at 2.91.
In India, NMCE said June prices were down 4 at Rs 193 ($3.47). July prices also fell about 4, to close at Rs 196
In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for June fell by over a yuan to close at Yuan 23.0 ($3.61) per kilo on Monday. July prices also closed down by over a yuan at yuan 22.7
