NR prices sink further ahead of the weekend

London - Rubber prices were stable overnight. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract were trading down by about 3 yen at yen 307 ($3.76) on Friday 20 April. Shorter-dated prices were down by about 4 at yen 290 in late trading on Friday evening.

In Singapore, the TSR20 contract on SGX was trading down 1 at $3.64 for October deliveries in late trading on Friday, while May deliveries were unchanged about $3.63 in trading during the evening session.

In India, NMCE said May deliveries closed down 1 at Rs 194 ($3.72).

In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for May closed down by a fraction of a yuan at Yuan 28.2 ($4.47) per kilo on Friday.
