Bridgestone Golf to expand ball production

Covington, Georgia - Bridgestone Golf said it is expanding production of golf balls at its Covington site.
The company said on its Facebook page, “To meet increased consumer demand, production at our Covington, Georgia based facility will grow by 40 percent in 2012 allowing us to employee 20 additional full-time employeesâ€
It added, “We are also excited to announce that as part of the expansion, we will begin manufacturing our Tour B330-RX balls in Georgia this June.â€
