Marangoni holds annual commercial & earthmover tyres convention
ERJ staff report (LMH)
Rovereto, Italy -- Marangoni SpA's commercial and earthmover tyres division recently held its annual convention at the company's historic Rovereto site, where all Marix retreads are manufactured.
More than 90 people attended, including employees, Italian sales representatives and colleagues from the sales, logistics and industrial departments.
"We're going through a period of massive changes - at all levels of society, the economy and work - changes that can only be faced with knowledge, courage and determination,“ Brenno Benaglia, sales director of the division, said opening the event.
“Marangoni possesses these qualities, and we are therefore confident that we can interpret these changes in the best possible way," he added.
Massimo De Alessandri, Marangoni Spa CEO, highlighted the group's international dimension, noting that the company is a technological leader.
This technological leadership is one of the company's key points and will be further underlined over the coming year through an additional increase in product quality, and the expansion of the truck and earthmoving tyre range, Marangoni said in a 2 April news release.
Marangoni is also placing emphasis on its new retreading compounds, which it says offers performance that at times exceeds the levels reached by new tyres, and above all are extremely focused on specific applications.
