Styron opens new offices in Switzerland

Horgen, Switzerland -- Styron Europe GmbH has opened a new European Operating Center in Horgen, Switzerland. Styron also operates a state-of-the-art Latex Pilot Coater facility in Samstagern. Employees at that facility will remain in location.
Servicing the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, the brand new office building will house more than 70 sales & marketing personnel, as well as supporting functions' employees currently located at The Dow Chemical Company ("Dow") campus in Horgen. Part of Dow until 2010, Styron is an independent company focused on delivering high performance products and innovative thinking to its global customer base in the plastics, rubber and latex business.
Styron also announced the appointment of John Feenan as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Styron effective January 16, 2012. He will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Feenan will be located at Styron's global operating center in Berwyn, Pennsylvania.
