Santander, Spain — Dynasol Elastomeros is developing new high-flow hydrogenated thermoplastic elastomers under its ‘HFLOWTPE project’, with the aim of improving processing properties, flow characteristics and mechanical performance for higher-value applications.
The project focuses on the design and optimisation of new SEBS grades and forms part of Dynasol’s innovation strategy to expand the application portfolio of the thermoplastic elastomers.
According to the company, the materials are being developed to create more competitive products while supporting sustainability and circular economy objectives, including the potential replacement of less environmentally friendly materials.
The project is supported by the Innova Cantabria 2024 programme and co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
