Sibur to upgrade test track near Yaroslavl
Tunoshna, Yaroslavl -- Sibur-Russian Tyres has said it intends to upgrade its test track in the town of Tunoshna, in the Yaroslavl region. The company plans to invest roubles 90 million (euro 2.2 million) in the project, which will see facilities for testing car tyres, truck tyres and other products to EU standards.

The facility is expected to open in 2012, and will be available to all tyre makers on a contractual basis.
Sibur-Russian Tyres said it will use the facility for testing of tyres and also for testing tyres on new cars in conjunction with its OE partners.
