RIEG to hold 2-day conference on rubber reinforcement

London - The Rubber in Engineering Group (within the IOM3 Polymer Society) is organising a two-day conference scheduled for December 2012 on the latest developments in on Rubber Reinforcement by Fillers, Fibres and Textiles.
The organisers say, “Rubbers or elastomers have remarkable properties. By embedding particles, short or long fibres or textiles, the characteristics can be transformed and tailored to give extremely useful products in a wide range of applications.â€
RIEG saiys, “Please submit an abstract (to be received by 18 November 2011, guideline length: 100 - 300 words) to Vince Coveney, Dave Boast or Joe Hallett.â€
