Komaki, Japan -- Tokai Rubber Industries, Ltd. has established a joint venture in China to make and sell rubber stamping dies for its anti-vibration business.
The new company is called Tsu Sakai tool Toukai (Tianjin) Co., Ltd and began production on 12 May 2011. The plant will employ 74 when it reaches full production in 2015.
