    ERJ staff report (DS)

Cyberspace -- Freudenberg has launched a free App for the iPhone family of products called MySeal. The App enables people quickly to find the answer to detailed technical questions like which sealing material is resistant to mineral transmission oils and E10 gasoline? Which elastomer is not affected by either ozone or UV light? Which rubber material is capable of withstanding temperatures as high as 150 °C and as low as -30 °C?

The easy-to-use "MySeal" app is the technology specialist Freudenberg Sealing Technologies' first foray into this modern means of knowledge sharing. The service is rounded off by a link to a video about materials on YouTube.

Download the App from iTunes or Apple's App store by entering "MySeal" or "Freudenberg" in the search engine.
