    ERJ staff report (LMH)

Neu-Isenberg, Germany -- Hankook Tire has launched a new global advertising campaign called 'Be One With It', the Korean company said in a 19 April announcement.

The campaign will roll out in nine European countries including the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, France and Italy, as well as in North America.

Hankook said in the statement that the advertisement's extreme sports theme aims to show that Hankook's confidence in tyres enables “best driving experiences.” And the campaign focuses on drivers feeling of 'being one' with the tyre and the road.

Jin-Wook Choi, European head of Hankook Tire said, “The company has accomplished the growth of sales and brand awareness in advanced markets such as Europe, despite recent cost-push and severe competition. Through the 'Be One with It' campaign, Hankook will enhance its dynamic brand image and serve as a stepping stone to grow into the world's top premium brands.”

The advertisement will start to air in most regions from mid-April.
