Changes in shares structure at Hexpol

Stockholm -- Following the rights issue at Hexpol, designed to raise funds for the acquisition of Excel Polymers, the number of shares and their voting rights have changed.
As per 31 March 2011 there are in total 34,395,204 shares in the company, of which 1,476,562 are of series A with ten votes each and 32,918,642 are of series B with one vote each.
The numbers of different shares are outlined in a Hexpol press release (Below).
