ERJ staff report (DS)
London -- Fenner PLC said Nicholas Hobson (52) has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and Mark Abrahams has taken up his role as Non Executive Chairman. Colin Cooke has retired from the Board after serving as Non Executive Chairman from 1993.
These changes were announced in November last year and took effect from 1 March 2011.
