Bridgestone claims to supply all French car makers

Paris -- Following the Paris motor show, Bridgestone said, "With the addition of Citroën to its list of customers in 2009, Bridgestone now supplies all three major French car brands, and all major car manufacturers in Europe. "

The company added, "In addition to reaching the position of a strong N° 2 in the truck tyre market, Bridgestone's share of passenger-car original equipment tyre sales has also increased steadily, from 10 percent in the 1990's to almost 20 percent today."
