EChA closes REACH-IT system until Thursday
ERJ staff report (DS)
Helsinki, Finland -- EChA, the European Chemicals Agency charged with implementing REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of CHemicals) legislation, has temporarily closed down its REACH-IT system as of last night. The system is expected to be online again on Thursday morning after an upgrade.
The REACH-IT web-based portal is the main channel for companies to submit data to ECHA
In the interim, companies can submit and update dossiers (prepared using IUCLID versions 5.0 and 5.1) using the current version of REACH-IT. As of Thursday, companies will use new REACH-IT and the new IUCLID 5.2.
