Continental N.A. ceo Kozyra quits, joins TI Automotive

Detroit - William Kozyra, North American ceo of Continental A.G., is leaving the supplier to become ceo at TI Automotive, effective 1 June.
Samir Salman, head of Continental's chassis and safety division, will become North American ceo. Jeff Klei, Continental's account manager for General Motors Corp., will become president for North America.
Kozyra, 50, has been a deputy member of the executive board of Continental for the North American Free Trade Agreement region since February 2006. He was responsible for the North American integration of two companies acquired by Continental: Motorola Automotive and Siemens VDO.
For 10 years, Kozyra was CEO of Continental Teves North America, as it was formerly known.
