US president of RMA resigns
Washington DC -- Donald Shea, US Rubber Manufacturers Association president and CEO since 1997, has resigned, effective immediately.
Shea left to "pursue other opportunities," according to a press release.
The RMA executive committee appointed Charles Cannon, president of the trade association consulting firm Cannon Associates, interim CEO while it searches for a permanent replacement. That search is expected to take three to six months, the association said.
