Imerys to raise prices for kaolin, ball clay, feldspar & mica products
Atlanta, Georgia -- Imerys North America Ceramics has announced that it will increase prices across its entire kaolin, ball clay, feldspar and mica product portfolio by 3-8 percent, as of 1 January 2008 or as current price agreements expire.
The company said in its 7 Nov statement that the price increase is due to the escalating cost of energy, mining and raw materials as well as labour.
