Enschede, Netherlands - Amtel-Vredestein has called an extraordinary meeting of shareholders to discuss membership of its supervisory and executive boards.
The meeting, scheduled for 2 Oct, 2007 in Enschede, will discuss recent resignations from the two management boards, and nominations for new members and then the final composition of those boards.
The Executive board is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company, while the Supervisory board sets the longer-term agenda.
