Turin, Italy - A concept car from Fiat is to show off a new 'ultra-green' tyre from Pirelli. The car, named Panda Aria, is a concept car due to be shown at the Frankfurt IAA show which opens next week.
According to Fiat's press release, the vehicle uses "experimental Pirelli 'ultra-green' tyres with new compounds and new AOF (Aromatic Oil Free) textile weaves which guarantee limited drag but do not detract from dynamic safety performance (stopping distances and good handling on wet and dry roads)."
The 62nd Frankfurt International Motor Show opens on 13 Sept. Press days are 11th and 12th Sept.
