Port Moresby, PNG--Papua New Guinea's Agriculture minister has called for a gene bank to help improve access to genetic materials related to Hevea Brasiliensis.
PNG Agriculture and Livestock Minister Mathew Siune was speaking at the annual meeting of the Association of Natural Rubber Producing Countries in Port Moresby.
