India resolves 15-year old dispute over aero tyres
India's anti-trust authorities have thrown out a case alleging anti-competitive activities in aircraft tyres, arising in the early 1990s. It was alleged that Dunlop India, the only aero tyre maker in India at the time, demanded a 36 percent price increase, but the price increase was neither agreed nor implemented.
