China's synthetic rubber output jumps 12 percent to 1270 kt
According to data from the China National Petrochemical Corporation, China's petrochemical industry grew rapidly in 2003, with total synthetic rubber output up by 12.2 percent to 1270 kilotonnes. Consumption of SR increased by 10.2 percent over 2002, but imports grew less rapidly than in the previous year.
