Shares in troubled wire maker Insteel Industries Inc. will no longer be traded on the Over-the-counter (OTC) market, as it is no longer in compliance with the OTC Bulletin Board's filing requirements. The company is seeking restructuring of its loans and extra capital input. Once the company has filed its Form 10-K, it is expected to return to the OTC trading.
