Protective mask and helmet systems maker aims to double sales within five years
Melksham, UK – Avon Technologies plc has announced a strategic plan to deliver annual sales growth of greater than 5% CAGR, to exceed $600 million (€536 million) within five years – up from $313.9 million in its last fiscal year ended 30 Sept 2025.
The ambitious revenue goal is to be achieved while maintaining ROIC (return on invested capital) at over 18%, adjusted operating margins of 16-18%; and annual EPS growth of greater than 10%.
The UK-based maker of protective mask and helmet systems said the strategy will use the same approach that has “transformed its performance over the past three years.”
Avon reported sales of $243.8 million for its fiscal year ended 30 Sept 2023, with its share price trading at around GBP8.20 – compared to around GB23.75 currently.
“Avon will use this system to drive further improvement, create the capacity to invest in growth and generate increasing cash and returns,” it stated.
Growth, continued Avon, will be by “investing in its leading positions, lifecycle revenues and the step-change opportunities where it has a clear right to win.
Furthermore, the group aims to enhance shareholder value by selectively acquiring, improving and growing high-quality protection technology businesses.
