Bartoli succeeds Paolo Pompei, who is stepping down joining Nokian Tyres as CEO in 2025
Tivoli, Italy – Yokohama TWS has named Elio Bartoli as its new company president, effective 1 Dec, the tire maker announced 1 Oct.

Bartoli joined Yokohama TWS over 12 years ago and has held leadership positions at the company, most recently as president of the EMEA region and head of global OE.
In these roles, said the company, Bartoli demonstrated “outstanding leadership across both commercial and operational functions, driving significant growth and delivering exceptional business results.”
He brings with him “deep industry knowledge, strategic vision and customer focus,” said Nitin Mantri, co-COO of Yokohama, and head of OHT division.
