Evolutionary AI based algorithm for optimizing final mixing processes in the rubber industry

HF Mixing Group has developed a new tool called “Smart-Final-Mix-Tool”, which analyses and optimizes existing final mixing processes based on mathematical models and artificial intelligence. Within the algorithm, the batch temperature, the energy consumption, and the mixing quality are linked to each other and then optimized.
