Tokyo NR prices trending downwards

London - Rubber prices fell somewhat over the week. On Tokyo's Tocom Exchange, prices for the six-month contract closed at yen 259 ($3.29) on Monday 15 October. Shorter-dated prices finished at yen 251.
In Singapore, the April 2013 TSR20 contract on SGX closed at $299.5; November 2012 prices ended at $2.96.
In India, NMCE said October prices closed at Rs 188 ($3.55). November prices closed at Rs 182.
In China the Shanghai Futures Exchange contract for October closed at just over Yuan 24.0 ($3.82) per kilo on Monday. November prices closed at yuan 24.4.
