Hexpol chief financial officer departing

Malmo, Sweden – Karin Gunnarsson, Hexpol Group’s chief financial officer and investor relations manager has announced her plans to leave the company.

Gunnarsson is seeking new challenges, including “commitments in new and existing board assignments,” Hexpol announced 25 Feb.

She will remain in her position “during the notice period and possibly longer”, until a successor is in place.

Hexpol expects to make an appointment by autumn this year.

Gunnarsson joined Hexpol 11 years ago and has been serving as the group CFO since September 2012.

She has a bachelor degree from Stockholm School of Economics.

Prior to joining Hexpol, she worked with Telelogic AB and Trelleborg AB.
