Events: RIEG to study fillers, elastomers in sport
London – UK’s Rubber in Engineering Group (RIEG) has launched its 2019 series of technical meetings on developments in elastomers.
The first afternoon meeting will be held 22 March, focusing on advanced fillers, according to a RIEG announcement.
The event, it said, will examine how fillers with functionalised surfaces interact with polymer networks.
RIEG is also holding another afternoon discussion on 28 June on the topic of elastomers in sport.
This will examine how elastomer materials can be effectively utilised in sporting applications.
