Hexpol targets M&As with new appointment

Malmo, Sweden – Hexpol AB has promoted Magnus Berglund to senior VP strategy, M&A, in a bid to advance its merger & acquisition ambitions.

The appointment came into effect 1 Feb, according to a press statement from the Swedish company.

Hexpol said the new role was a “further step” in its focus on acquisitions and growth in “attractive segments.”

Berglund joined Hexpol in 2008 as group controller and has experience in strategy, ‘controlling’, accounting and IT.

He has previously worked with Johns Manville and Trelleborg.
