Daventry, UK – Hankook Tyre UK has appointed former sales director Brett Emerson as managing director, the company announced 3 Jan.
Emerson has 30 years of experience working in the UK tire industry and has served as Hankook's UK sales director for nearly five years.
Since joining the company, Emerson has implemented “ambitious growth plans”, said Hankook, adding the plans will be continued to achieve further growth in the market. Hankook did not elaborate on the details of the growth plan.
He will be taking over from Jong Jin Park who has relocated to the company’s American headquarters to assume a new role.
