Altdorf, Switzerland – The board of Datwyler Holding AG has nominated Jens Breu for election as a new director at the company’s next annual general meeting on 12 March 2019.
Since early 2016, Breu has been the CEO of the listed SFS Group, which generated annual sales of CHF1.6 million (€1.4 million) in 2017.
SFS manufactures precision moulded parts and mechanical fastening systems for the automotive, electronics, construction, and medical industries.
Breu has occupied various positions for the SFS Group since 1995, including the production manager role in the US for eight years. In 2012, he was promoted to head of the industrial division, and in 2014, he was promoted to chief operating officer.
Breu has a degree in mechanical engineering from the St. Gallen University of Applied Sciences as well as an MBA from Cleveland State University in the US.
