TTE News: HF introducing new TBR press range
Hanover, Germany – German tire machinery maker HF Tire Technology is introducing a new generation of curing presses for truck tire manufacture.
On display this week during the Tire Tech Expo, the HF Curemaster TBR range offers a “flexible and compact footprint.”
The machine can, therefore, be used to replace older smaller presses and save space, according to a HF press statement.
The presses, the company said, “allow for the possibility to fit more presses per existing trench.”
This, HF further emphasised, enables tiremakers to increase production without expanding their footprint.
The modular-design is said to accommodate moulds from 62-67” and allow for customisation to individual customer specifications.
In terms of quality & maintainability, HF said the press delivers “an optimum tire uniformity and longest mould life” due to the even pressure distribution.
The first machines are already in operation, according to the HF statement.
