Gothenburg, Sweden - The first Automotive Materials Summit will be launched in Gothenburg in May next year, bringing together a host of automotive suppliers and OEMs to discuss the latest developments within the industry.
The event, organised by ERJ publisher Crain Global Polymer Group will cover the three materials - rubber, plastics, and polyurethanes - used by automotive OEMs.
Set to run alongside the Automotive News Europe Congress, the one-day event will be held 23 May, at the Clarion Hotel Post in Gothenburg.
The summit, said the organisers, will provide a platform for the global polymer industry to gather information and exchange ideas about material trends, auto sales forecasting, geographic growth areas and new technologies.
The Crain Global Polymer Group includes industry-leading brands of European Rubber Journal, Plastics News Europe, Plastics & Rubber World, Urethanes Technology and UTECH Europe.
