London – Average weekly prices for natural rubber were relatively stable in producer countries during October, according to figures compiled by the Association of Natural Rubber Producing Countries (ANRPC).
Malaysia Latex 60% was trading in Kuala Lumpur (KL) at about $97.81/100kg to 26 Oct – more or less matching its level of a month earlier but 12.0% below prices recorded at the end of June.
Weekly average prices for RSS4 in Kottayam, India fell 2% to $174.21/100kg in the month to 26 Oct, or 5.6% below pricing at the end of June.
There was greater stability around TSR SMR20, prices in KL reaching $132.71/100kg on 26 Oct – just 1.5% and 2.6% lower than at the end of September and June respectively.
