Washington — The US Department of Commerce has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain pneumatic off-the-road tires imported from India between 2 Feb 2017 and 28 Feb 2018.
Commerce published a notice in the 5 March Federal Register giving interested parties an opportunity to request a review of the antidumping duty order.
On 30 March, ATC Tires Private Ltd. and Alliance Tires Americas Inc. formally requested a review. Commerce initiated the review 2 May, but ATC and Alliance withdrew the request 17 May.
No other parties requested a review, Commerce said in a 27 July Federal Register notice.
