Maastricht, the Netherlands – Huntsman Tecnoelastomeri unveiled a new generation of Castech hot-cast elastomer machines at the recent UTECH Europe expo.
The Castech HP3000 machines are flexible and low maintenance, offering precision metering and mixing, said the company.
The new model is designed for elastomers and microcellular foams, it added.
Good mix homogeneity, high output and precise-shot casting and a long are other features of the models, Huntsman claims.
The HP3000 models feature a high-speed motor, output between 150 g and 60kg/min, newer injectors, a dynamic mixer which can be standard or large sized.
The company added that the HP3000 models have a long, flexible dispensing arm as well as a cleaning program which minimises solvent use.
Johan van Tongelen, global business director at Huntsman Tecnoelastomeri, said that the machines are available with additional features… including the option to add up to six additional injectors to the mixing chamber.
He added that the new range makes it possible for Huntsman Tecnoelastomeri to ‘exactly match our customers requirements’.
UTECH Europe was held in Maastricht, the Netherlands from 29-31 May 2018.
