Bergamo, Italy – Rubber compounder Mesgo SpA has unveiled a newly established corporate R&D centre along with new chemical analysis services to customers.
An event, held 20-21 Sept at Mesgo’s Gorlago, Bergamo site, involved more than 26 leading companies in the rubber moulding sector, said a company statement.
The open days were intended to highlight Mesgo’s ‘company-supplier-partner’ position and “breakthrough analytic technologies,” according to the company.
During the two days, the attendance of over 60 people was also able to check out the latest moulding-process technologies from Engel Austria, Sigmasoft, T.I.G. and OR.P. Stampi.
Mesgo operates four plants in Italy and one each in Poland and Turkey. The company has more than 180 employees and a 2017 turnover forecast at around €90 million.
