Columbus, Ohio – The American chemical company Momentive Specialty Chemicals Inc (MSC) announced its third quarter results on 10 Nov saying its year-on-year total revenue increased by eight percent to $1.35 billion.
The company reported an increase of four percent in earnings (EBITDA), saying the $125 million reflected higher sales. The increases were mostly due to higher sales in the company’s specialty epoxy, oilfield, and North American formaldehyde businesses, which were offset by softness in base epoxies and European dispersions.
