Heze, China – Shangwei Healthcare Products is planning to build a new site with 5.5 billion annual capacity for NBR gloves, according to the project’s environmental filing published in August.
Located in Heze, Shandong province, the project has €206 million (1.6 billion yuan) investment earmarked with 434,000 square metre total area, and is expected to create over 3,000 jobs.
Besides 20 production lines for NBR gloves, the site will also house 96 lines or 12 billion annual capacity for PVC gloves, said the filing.
Shangwei was set up in March with €206 million registered capital.
