Vienna – Semperit CFO Johannes Schmidt-Schultes has informed the company he will not be available for another contract renewal after his second term finishes April 2017.
After six years as CFO, Schmidt-Schultes has decided to "seek out new professional challenges," said Semperit in a 9 Sept press release.
“Schmidt-Schultes not only fundamentally restructured all commercial and administrative functions but also established modern structures and processes in the financial organisation,” said Veit Sorger, chairman of the supervisory board.
The process to fill the CFO position has started, the Austrian group said.
