No more streaks with silicone wiper blades
ERJ staff report (BC)
Portland, Oregon – Featuring a “silicone infused” configuration, Vogue wiper blades from PIAA Corp. are claimed to continually reapply an active silicone coating on the windscreen to minimise surface tension, ensure smooth and quiet operation, and cause water to repel from the windscreen for maximum wiping capability and streak-free operation.
PIAA’s “Pass Through” aerodynamic design is claimed to reduce blade chatter and wind lift when traveling at high speed. The frameless blades are available in sizes from 12-28in (305-711mm) to cover 98% of all vehicles. They are cited as resistant to heat and ozone.
The wipers are sold individually and come with a silicone windscreen preparation pack, which helps prepare the windscreen and maximises blade performance, says PIAA.
