Kraton to showcase styrenic block copolymer compounds at EuroMold 2013

Houston − Kraton Performance Polymers, a global producer of styrenic block copolymers (SBC) and other engineered polymers, said in a press release it will exhibit at EuroMold 2013, to be held in Frankfurt, Germany, 3-6 December.
The company will highlight its advancements in SBC compounds for use in fused deposition modelling (FDM) applications. The newly developed SBCs are soft, durable, sustainable, 100 percent recyclable and can be used to produce a wealth of diverse products in a variety of applications.
Kraton will be promoting its series of SBC based compounds that can be utilised in FDM conversion process applications. Their offerings enable production of finished parts with high elasticity features, and they can be used in a thin-wall, co-extruded, overmould solution exhibiting soft touch features.
Kraton offer its products to a diverse group of more than 800 customers in over 60 countries worldwide, and “are the only SBC producer with manufacturing and service capabilities on four continents”. They manufacture products at five plants globally, including the flagship plant in Belpre, Ohio, as well as plants in Germany, France and Brazil, and a joint venture plant operated in Japan.
