Vienna – The supervisory board of Semperit AG Holding has decided to extend the contract of management board member Johannes Schmidt-Schultes by three years until 30 April 2017.
Schmidt-Schultes was appointed chief financial officer of Semperit AG Holding on 15 April 2011, the Austrian company said in a 4 Sept announcement. He is responsible for corporate functions, including accounting, planning and financial reporting, investor relations and IT.
