Princess Royal opens new UK warehouse for Hankook

Daventry, UK – Tire manufacturer Hankook celebrated its recent UK expansion with a warehouse opening by the Princess Royal (Princess Anne) on 7 February.
The princess unveiled a plaque at the 14,000 square meter facility at Daventry, Northants.
Tony Lee, managing director at Hankook Tyre UK, said: “[The company] has been based in Daventry since 1997. Our continued increase in market share has led to the need for an additional stock holding facility.
“The capacity increase will allow us to improve service and supply to our valued customers.”
