Continental opening Berlin public affairs office

Hanover - Continental will open a new liaison office for public affairs in Berlin on 1 January. It has appointed Harry Rogasch, 51, as the office head.
Rogasch's responsibilities will include representing the legislative and regulatory interests of the company's rubber and automotive groups and talking with political, administrative and regulatory institutions in the German capital.
Continental opened a similar office in Brussels in August to promote dialogue with the European Union.
